Los Angeles Police Public Information Officer Jeff Lee said Friday

Heche was taken to a neighborhood clinic in original condition by

paramedics from the Los Angeles Fire Department. "To reach, limit

and completely extinguish stubborn flares inside a severely

damaged structure" takes more than an hour, the LAFD said.

Heche originally rose to notoriety on the drama "A Different

Universe", where she assumed the double of twins Vicky Hudson

and Marley Love from 1987 to 1991, and received a Daytime Emmy

Award. He then went on to star in films such as "Donnie Brasco," "Six

Days Seven Nights," and "Manipulate Everything."

His close relationship with Ellen DeGeneres in the late '90s garnered

serious media attention, much to Heche's expert dissent. In a 2021

meeting with Page Six, Heche said he felt "excluded" after opening up to the world about their relationship.

Heche has made more late appearances in several TV series

including "The Brave," "Quantico" and "Chicago PD." As per his IMDb

profile, he currently has a few acting ventures post creation.
